Dial-Up Lending Library is now available to our
Wiles Hill Community Center Members!
While our library is still temporarily closed to the public, we are offering contact-less pickup of library books.
How It Works:
1. Place your holds-Request your books by calling 304-296-7002.
All memberships must be in good standing. Please call for membership rates.

2. Call & Schedule pick up
When your books are ready, we will call you, and work out a time that is convenient for you.
Our pick up hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm.

3. Pick up your holds-
Your library items will be bagged, and ready to go when you arrive.
A staff member will bring them to your car, adhering to the proper safety protocol.
If you miss a scheduled pickup appointment, your unclaimed items will be returned to the shelves at the end of the day.
You will need to request the items again if you are still interested in them.

Frequently Asked Questions:
1-What measures are you taking to protect the health and safety of patrons and staff?
Staff members are following best hygiene practices recommended by public health authorities.
Returned library items will be quarantined at check in.

2- How do I return my borrowed library books?
Just give us a call before you drop off your books. We will be happy to assist you when you arrive.

3-I don’t know exactly what I want. Can you select some titles for me to pick up?
Yes! We are always happy to recommend books to our patrons.
Call 304-296-7002 during our phone hours to speak with a staff member who can help you.

4-Can I pick up holds for a friend or family member?
If you have their permission, you may pick up holds that are ready for another patron.
Their membership must be in good standing.

5-Can I donate books?
Yes! We love book donations! Just give us a call, and we will gladly make arrangements with you for drop off.
