Located on the Caperton Trail just off University Avenue, this park was originally named in honor of Morgantown business woman and generous promoter of the Morgantown community, Hazel Ruby McQuain. She was a benevolent supporter of the development of the riverfront. This park is also home of the Ruby Amphitheater and the venue is available for rental.
